Al Faleh Educational Holding QPSC (the Holding) is officially listed on the Venture Market of Qatar Stock Exchange as of Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

The announcement was done during the Virtual Bell Ringing Ceremony which was inaugurated by QSE CEO Mr. Rashid Al Mansoori and Dr. Sheikha Aisha bint Faleh Al Thani, Founder and Chairperson of Al Faleh Educational Holding. The virtual event was attended by Sheikha Anwar Bint Nawaf Al Thani, Sheikh Mohamad Bin Nawaf Al Thani as well as senior management of the Qatar Stock Exchange and the Holding, advisors and media representatives.

This marks yet another great achievement for the Holding, as more than 10% of the shares were sold by the end of the first trade day where the highest trading price reached 3.5 QR per share and the trading price has closed at 2.61 QR.
